At the start of the pandemic, I was briefed by BMI Healthcare to create an animation explaining what patients could expect when arriving at their hospitals. With film crews unable to enter clinical environments, animation became the most effective way to clearly communicate new procedures and
safety measures.
The brief called for a tone that was detailed yet reassuring, helping to reduce anxiety during an uncertain time. Through clear visual storytelling and a friendly style, the animation provided guidance while putting patients’ minds at ease.
